Flaxseeds include lots of beneficial nutrients!  Ever heard of Omega-3 Fatty Acids? Well the body can’t make them itself so it’s important that we supply it through food! Omega 3 is shown to reduce inflammation, prevent your risk of multiple chronic diseases including heart diseases, cancer, and arthritis.
